Delivery / Shipping

We aim to dispatch your order within 5-6 days (dependent on order sizes) and will email or text with a photo of your parcel when your item/s posted.

We prioritise every order, and aim to give you the comfit that you need as quickly as we can.

Courier (door to door) – within 7 days

Refunds / Returns

As our Sandlewood Stoma Pouch we do not offer refunds on our covers because they are custom made to fit you. Where possible we will assess it on a case-by-case basis – please contact us for more information.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as garments designed to be worn against the skin). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If item purchased is (a) Faulty, (b) Does not fit correctly (which is wear we aim to replace to fit properly where possible). Please contact us as soon as possible.

Exchanges

If your return is due to wrong sizing, returning shipping costs for this item is your responsibility and cannot be refunded.
